All bookings are flexible and refundble

Flexible = date can be changed at any time subject to availability

refundable = in the event of cancellation up to 1 week before , you can receive a voucher or a full refund​

If you are travelling and arriving via a cruise ship, payments and deposits are refundable in the event that weather prevents your cruise ship from docking or tethering at the port.
